PRODUCT DELIVERY

After we have successfully received your payment, your order will be confirmed immediately. Please ensure you have checked your spam folder for comfirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.

SET-UP FEE

Set-up fees are only applicable to SIMPSY Voice individual user. The fee will be used to set up an account to use SIMPSY's voice service. Is non-refundable and is a mandatory cost. It will only be one time cost when registration.

REFUND POLICY

SIMPSY Voice

SIMPSY Voice offer 3 days money back guarantee with no question ask. Allowance of $1 call charge is given for these 3 days, additional call charges will be charged. Please note that DID numbers purchased are not refunable.

SIMPSY Booking

Due to SIMPSY charging customer/clients only after the service is being performed, other than SIMPSY Voice, it is not possible to “return” the service therefore SIMPSY IS NOT obligated to offer refund or exchange after service is being made. If you are having any issue, or unhappy with our service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem or eliminate the charge if there is a technical fault on our side.

SUPPORT POLICY

We are commited to give support to all our clients and customers. We have a live chat support set up in www.voice.simpsy.com for our SIMPSY Voice products. The operating hours for live chat support will be from 9am to 12mn(+8 GMT)

Any other time feel free to email us the details of the issue and we will try our best to give support on a 24 hours basis.

GUARANTEED

All products of SIMPSY comes with a guaranteed functions as stated when being purchased. If the function is not working, do write to us and we will try our best to troubleshoot it.

TECHNICAL FAULT

Despite the guaranteed of our products, please DO UNDERSTAND our products are bound to have technical faults. During this time KINDLY inform us with the details and Please REFRAIN from screaming, shouting or using harsh language(vulgarities) on us; we are human too. We will try our best to correct the fault.

CHANGES TO TERM AND CONDITION

We keep our Term & Condition under regular review. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and place notices on other pages of the Site, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times.
